Assistant Sales Manager – Textile Sales Division

Location:- Uganda

Salary: USD 1800 + Incentive + Other Perks

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Management:

  • Responsible for primary and secondary sales of textile products – fabric, bed sheets, T-shirts, uniforms, etc.
  • Achieve business/sales targets through retail, distributor & dealer network, corporate and institution sales.

• Channel Handling:

  • Manage distributor and wholesaler sales.
  • Develop retail channels, dealers, and distributors network.
  • Maintain cordial relationships with distributors and dealers to maximize revenue.

• Team Management:

  • Handle channel sales team and distributor sales team.
  • Provide excellent service to dealers for better coordination.

• Stock and Data Management:

  • Maintain stock levels at distributor and dealer points.
  • Conduct data analysis and micro market analysis for sales growth.

• Customer Service:

  • Address after-sales service issues.

• Marketing and Promotion:

  • Develop marketing and POP distribution plans.
  • Plan and execute events and campaigns.
  • Promote new qualities by providing brief knowledge of specialties to wholesalers and retailers.
